The Drupal Developer will play an integral role on the Digital Marketing Team. You will work on Acquia’s flagship web property, www.acquia.com, as well as other public-facing sites. In this hybrid role, you will work on a tight-knit team, interacting daily with the Development Team and Content Team. You’ll have the opportunity to perform both site-building tasks and front end development work as you receive designs from our Designer and build them from the ground up. Tasks will include module installation, content type creation, site configuration, building views, implementing strategies for custom layouts and other Drupal site building tasks. Front end work will include writing HTML markup, custom CSS, compiling in Sass or Less, utilizing variables when possible, implementing standard Drupal coding standards. Custom jQuery or JavaScript may be required. You’ll be implementing fully responsive, component-based designs, based on our style guide.
