We have BCBS as our Health and Dental Insurance carrier with robust HMO and PPO medical plans for people to choose from, we cover over 80% of the cost of the plans and the remainder is pre-tax for you

Wellness Programs

We offer reimbursements for wellness related activities, in addition BCBSs reimbursements. We have a membership you can utilize with Hubspot bikes and promote giving back to the community.

Onsite Gym

It's still being built out but it's coming! Additionally, we have yoga classes offered throughout the week, a Run club on Wednesdays, a group that plays basketball on Thursdays and more!

401(K)

401(K) Matching

We match dollar for dollar capped at 6% of an employee’s compensation. What is the vesting period? None! The company contribution is made every payroll at the same time as employee contributions.

Generous Parental Leave

We offer up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for the birthing parent and are currently putting into place more formal non-birthing parent leave amount.
