The business operations (‘BizOps’) team at Flywire is responsible for identifying, prioritizing and solving the most critical business challenges in a fast-moving environment. The team uses a data driven and structured approach to drive company strategy across major business functions, develop operational plans to enable innovative offerings and lead execution against our recommendations
Initiating, managing, and successfully executing new, cross-functional initiatives that increase alignment and create synergies across Flywire
Identifying and assessing the viability of new business opportunities, strategic initiatives, and revenue optimization
Working across functions to improve efficiency, productivity, and performance
Drive alignment on priorities across key business functions (e.g. sales & marketing, product, finance, payment operations) through our strategic planning and OKR cycles
Monitor our external environment (e.g., market conditions, competitive pressures, regulatory landscape) and derive implications for the business
FlyMate Skills & Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in management consulting at a top-tier firm or business operations at a growth-stage startup
A bias for action, as well as a strong sense of practicality and effectiveness
Strong data analysis, data modeling, slide writing and presentation skills; SQL experience strongly preferred
Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy
Ability to build productive and positive relationships across the organization at all levels
