This job has not only allowed me to grow my career but has allowed me to be a great parent as well. I can be there for my children and still be a success!

Collaboration is in it’s greatest form during our thorough client roadmapping process. It involves every team member working together to create realistic project scope and estimates.

Joe

Senior User Interface Developer

How has your career grown since starting at the company?

When I started with MedTouch 5 years ago, I had no software or healthcare experience. In my time here, I’ve been able to pursue my technical interests on three different teams! Thanks to the support of my knowledgeable co-workers, I’ve become well-versed in all aspects of our industry and can better help our clients achieve their project goals.

Kasie

Manager of Delivery

How do you make yourself accessible to the rest of the team?

My goal is to provide insight & help my team process through issues that arise. This enables each person to own the solution, while also empowering them to be more confident handling similar client matters moving forward. Being an available resource for the team rather than simply providing the “right” answer makes us a stronger team together.

Frederic

What’s the vibe like in the office?

The Medtouch vibe is a great balance of fun loving and professionalism. The kind of place where you’re happy to be because the people are both awesome and brilliant. Good vibes.
