Head of People
Greater Boston Area
Oversee People Operations alongside the Product team. Partner with key stakeholders across Legal, Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to support the company in delivering the highest quality of childcare.
Further develop the People team at CozyKin:
-Leverage a deep understanding of People Operations and the community management that supports mission-driven and high-performance culture.
Own the entire employee life-cycle:
-Sourcing, hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
-Recruit the best of the best to join our HQ team
-Ensure training standards continue to advance
-Thinks about the “why?” and “how?”, not just the “what?”
-Experience managing and leading teams from strategy to execution
-Acts with resolve and fortitude. Perseverance and resilience are a recurring personal theme
