JOB DESCRIPTION:
The objective is to provide administrative support to our Recruiting team in Cambridge, MA so they may focus on our current hiring surge to source and hire top talent.
Specific Responsibilities:

Preparing and Posting On-Site Interview Bulletins.

Coordinating Conference Room Availability, Tidiness and IT support.

Preparing Candidate Café Forms.

Escorting Candidates as Necessary.
-
Drafting Offer Letters and Preparing Offer Packets.
-
Posting Jobs and Managing Postings: Taleo Applicant Tracking System (ATS), VEC, LinkedIn, Indeed, Associations, Universities, etc.

Managing and Maintaining Recruiting Documents and Files.
-
Helping Maintain ATS to Ensure Data Accuracy.
-
Coordinating Career Fairs, Internships and Externships.
-
Coordinating News Notes updates.
-
Other Duties as Assigned to Support the Broader HR Organizations.
Minimum Requirements:
-
US Citizen, Green Card Holder or Permanent Residence Status

Associates or Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum of three (3) Years as a Recruiting Coordinator in a Fast-Paced Environment

Strong to Proficient MS Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT)

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Preferably Taleo
-
Must Have Strong Organizational Skills and the Ability to Juggle Multiple Tasks

Must Be Dependable, Self-Driven, Proactive and a Team-Player
-
Must Have Strong Written and Oral Communication Skills
