The Recruiting Co-op will work collaboratively with the Recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure our rapidly-growing organization has a continuous flow of top talent. They will assist in all aspects of the full-cycle recruiting process, while passionately and effectively conveying Indigo’s mission and values to prospective candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with prospecting and sourcing top talent
- Make recommendations for new talent pools and recruiting methods
- Assist in developing and implementing campus recruiting initiatives, including attending career fairs and planning informational events
- Help move top candidates through the recruiting funnel by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, working with hiring managers, and scheduling and managing candidate interviews
- Ensure candidates have an exceptional experience from top to bottom
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new job descriptions to meet our growing organization’s needs
