Sales Enablement Intern

| Greater Boston Area

Rapid7 is looking for a Sales Enablement Intern with the desire to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative, and successful Go-To-Market organization. You will work together with Rapid7’s Growth Development Team to support multiple teams including sales, customer success, business development, sales development, and marketing. In this role, you will work collaboratively across multiple teams to define, create, and deliver the enablement needed to support the extended Go-To-Market organizations. You will be involved in organizing live training events, digital learning activities, optimizing sales & marketing content, and more. You will have an opportunity to expand your network by collaborating with members of different teams while applying your skills to help solve various challenges within our sales organization. You’ll expand your resume with opportunities to become proficient in multiple skills across systems used in modern businesses including project/task management (Asana), content management & sharing (Highspot), learning management (Workday Learning) and task/workflow management (JIRA). You will also be working with the latest communications software (Slack, Zoom) and office productivity (Google Apps for Business).

As the Sales Enablement Intern, you will help with the day to day operations of onboarding new Go-To-Market representatives and enabling tenured members of our teams.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling of training events
  • Conduct needs analysis with Go-To-Market team members
  • Calendar and email request management
  • Coordination of logistics for room reservations
  • Schedule speakers and subject matter experts for training events
  • Uploading and managing content in our Learning Management System
  • Updating content to ensure it is in its newest format
  • Tracking and reporting of utilization across sales sourcing and research tools
  • Own and coordinate our Growth Development calendar
  • Inventory and report on the usage of marketing collateral
  • Distribute/manage licenses to numerous sales sourcing tools
  • Creating and formatting tests and curriculums for trainings within the Learning Management Systems
  • Enroll sales teams into defined training curriculum
  • Coordinate with Talent and Acquisition for onboarding for new hire employees in the sales and customer success organization
  • Schedule and plan new hire training events and act as point person for all new hires during their training

You need to have:

  • A highly collaborative, positive, can-do attitude
  • Strong listening and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication skills (and writing samples)
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in sales and marketing
  • Working knowledge of Google Drive
  • Content creation skills of all kinds a plus but not required (e.g. photoshop, video production, etc.)
