We are currently looking for a Senior Information Technology representative to work as part of our fast-growing environment and lead our IT help desk. We're looking for someone who is motivated, smart, interested in the IT and DevOps fields and would like to learn more.
-Act as first line of support for IT problems
-Plan and successfully complete IT projects and goals
-Participate in troubleshooting, capacity planning and analysis, performance analysis activities
-Identify repetitive tasks and implement creative solutions to automate them
-Escalate, diagnose, and resolve system and vendor-related issues
-Support internal infrastructure and services
-Organize and inventory IT resources
-Integrate IT systems with one another
-Manage Jira Project workflows
-5+ years of help desk or customer service support experience
-Previous experience in a Soc II (or similar) compliance environment
-An analytical approach and problem solving abilities
-Strong time management
-Exposure working with or around code repository systems (e.g., Git, SVN, Mercurial)
Nice to Have:
-Understanding of network routing, VPNs, DNS, TLS and certificates
