Create and execute on a project plan.
Analyze customer data to assess data quality and impact on the final product outcome.
Design product configuration and data business rules that are both feasible and appropriate for the customer’s business objectives.
Use project management knowledge to execute the implementation in such a way that all stakeholders are appropriately engaged and understand the project.
Balance competing priorities internally and externally to show the customer value quickly and continuously.
Internally align resources and communicate project updates.
Work with other departments to improve internal and external products and processes.
4-7 years professional experience in, healthcare operations, healthcare process improvement, or healthcare IT project management
Excellent people skills and demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects
Tenacious dedication to good organization, thorough documentation, and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
Willingness and ability to travel 10-20% of the time as needed
Experience working with enterprise-level data integration and technical architectures
