Sales Enablement Program Director
As DataRobot’s Enablement Program Director, you’ll be responsible for making sure that our global sales team is equipped and empowered to keep up with the momentum of our fast-paced, quickly evolving sales environment.
What Your Mission Will Be About:
- Tracking progress of all salespeople towards onboarding and continuous education program completion;
- Administering any LMS or CMS systems.
What You Know/Can:
- Manage large projects with multiple contributors and rigid timelines.
- How to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Back up your decisions with data.
- Sales organization methodologies and metrics.
- Solve problems and act in the times of crisis.
