What the role is
Drizly is growing its Retailer Account team and is looking for a qualified candidate to work with existing Drizly retail partners with the intent of increasing customer retention and boosting retailer performance. Applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years prior experience in a customer service related position.
People who do well as an Account Coordinator are authentic, curious, carry a can-do attitude, and find it exciting to strategically service and develop the markets in which Drizly operates. You will be responsible for supporting and training our retailers, assisting them with their needs, and communicating their feedback purposefully and tactfully across Drizly departments. You will also be responsible for sharing market changes and performance metrics internally and across the broader Operations team.
In this role, you will:
- Communicate with retail partners, via phone and email, regarding their Drizly operations
- Adequately address, solve, and track retail partners with account level support using Salesforce
- Monitor performance and coach retailers on best practices
- Solve problems and address unsatisfactory experiences
- Train clients on using Drizly tools and clearly communicate product changes and improvements
- Identify and highlight common retailer feedback to the business to drive overall improvement

This is not a work from home position, you must be able to commute to our office in Boston, MA 5 days a week. Relocation costs are not covered for this role. If you're planning to relocate to Boston, please let us know in your cover letter.
