Customer Success Specialist, Onboarding (Spanish)

CarGurus is dedicated to providing a transparent experience for both consumers and our dealers we serve. As a Customer Success Specialist in Onboarding, you are a part of the Customer Success Team whose main focus is delivering excellent customer service while also optimizing our Dealer’s experience. This team is responsible for new product launches on the website ensuring that setup is done properly and the dealer understands our tools/product they signed up for. Ideal candidates for this position are highly consultative in nature and feed off of building strong relationships with their client base. The Customer Success Specialist must have a strong sense of customer service and the ability to quickly and effectively tackle issues in both a preemptive and reactive manner.
In managing a book of designated business, the Customer Success Specialist will be an expert at the usage of CarGurus tools and will foster each account from early on-boarding, to daily maintenance, to the growth of the account over time, while monitoring billing activities for their client base. You will be expected to hit clearly designated metrics on each account to ensure that our time is being spent evenly across all of our Dealer’s. You will work closely with the selling Account Executive to establish and maintain a relationship with each dealer client, while ensuring their engagement with the CarGurus platform.
Who You Are:
- 1-3+ years account management experience
- Spanish Bilingual- required
- Outstanding communication and listening ability
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and to prioritize tasks on a daily basis
- Ability to work independently and with some direction when needed
- Ability to collaborate and act as liaison with other internal stakeholders
- Automotive Industry experience a plus
- Salesforce experience a plus
