As DataRobot’s Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting coaching activity for our global sales team. Your primary goal is to develop/improve their optimization/account management/sales skills so they are able to effectively grow the performance of their accounts.
What Your Mission Is About:
- Partnering with RVPs.
- Conducting onboarding training both at corporate office and branch offices.
- Available travel (up to 20-25% of your time).
- Identifying individual and team training needs.
- Acting as a consultant to salespeople and providing helpful advice on coping with job-related challenges.
What You Know/Can:
- First and foremost, you know how to sell, i.e. you have confirmed experience meeting your sales quota.
- Be a true people person.
- Be empathic and charismatic.
- Capture an audience (it is actually your innate ability!)
