Organize feedback - with each step of the process, we collect feedback from interviewers. Each interview is focused on progressively painting the profile of the candidate so we can evaluate a complete picture at the end of the process. Our recruiters pull this picture together so we can make an informed, quality choice about who we bring into our company.
Hit goals - we are going to hire 22 people this year. Our recruiters take ownership over this goal and get in the trenches with us to hit this ambitious target.
