-Develop compelling marketing campaigns, working closely with product, product marketing, sales and the broader regional, digital, creative marketing teams and executives.
-Deliver consistent global campaigns/enablement and align to product releases where relevant and valuable to prospects and customers.
-In discussion with Sales leadership, identify menu of marketing plays for GTM programs.
-Recognize gaps in global marketing plans and work cross-functionally to improve effectiveness and global scale.
-Effectively measure demand gen funnel KPI’s and work with teams to optimize execution.
-Interface with global leaders across several business lines to identify and understand what is going to market, and then drive alignment of strategy and process across the marketing organization.
-Manage pipeline KPIs, program ROI, campaign team budgets as well as marketing contributions to revenue goals.
