Serve as vital sales operations and enablement resource for Sales Team.

Train Sales Team on best use of marketing, sales enablement materials and platform.
Field ad hoc content, reporting and support requests from Sales Team.
Manage box.com sales repository and ensure all information is easily and readily accessible.
Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
Triage and enrich inbound inquiries, enabling timely and appropriate response.
Gather feedback from Sales Team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
