You will become an expert on the Dispatch platform and the value it provides to Enterprises and service providers.
Strategy development: Analyze the service experience ecosystem and help identify most attractive partners/alliances across a number of potential corridors.
Pre-partner-pitch: You will research and reach out to prospects on a prioritized pipeline of potential partners. You will tailor your message and “pitch” to these potential partners based on your research of their solution and the opportunities for growth that the Dispatch platform brings to their business.
Post-partner-pitch: you’ll be responsible for the success of the integration and manage the relationship long term. You’ll be charged with managing design, development, testing, and launch deadlines--successfully training the partner company—and reporting and communicating with the partner as needed.
Advocate: Act as an advocate of Dispatch in each relationship to drive adoption, retention, and participation in new Dispatch features and products.
Cross-functional program management: Inside Dispatch, you will work closely with the product, engineering, services and customer success teams to ensure successful execution of each partnership.
Occasional travel as required (20%).
