As a Senior Manager on the Revenue Ops Team (supporting Sales, Demand Generation, and Client Success), you will be in charge of building and managing the tools and processes that are the backbone of our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) efforts from a strategic, programmatic and operational perspective. You will establish a closed-loop analytics sync between Sales and Demand Generation to understand how our ABM programs turn prospects into customers, and continually refine our process to drive improvement. You will be charged with monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of ABM initiatives as they relate to the overall company's goals. You will accomplish this by effectively collaborating with team members in other departments, specifically Sales and Finance, doing hands on work, and managing outside contractors and vendors. In doing so, you will ensure Revenue Ops is seen as a critical element of our revenue engine by our Go-To-Market leaders.
