As our Director of Customer Solutions, you will establish and lead a forming team that is focused on these three service areas.
Oversees customer onboarding and the implementation and training process. This includes monitoring the pipeline, ensuring we have the proper resources to deliver on future opportunities and existing projects, and customer training.
Responsible for understanding complex customer needs, recommending solutions across all of Hudl’s products and services, and documenting the plan for a successful implementation and activation.
Lead a team of professional services personnel focused on scripting, technical integration work, code window design, data analysis, and creating a team of trained analysts that can be sent to work with organizations worldwide in a shared services model or onsite.
